Artwork Guidelines

·    WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We prefer pdf so that your designs and color s remain as designed.  However, for your convenience, we also accept PNG, JPEG, AI, PSD, and CDR in high resolution. Ideally, for text and graphics any vector format is the best so that your lines stay clear & scrip.

· DO YOU OFFER LOGO DESIGN SERVICES?

Yes, we do. If you’re interested in featuring more about our design packages, please contact design@rpspromo.com. Please know this service is only available if you have a pending order for advertising gifts with us.

If you have small alterations you need done on your current logo, we might be able to help you out.

· WILL I GET TO SEE MY DESIGN/LOGO ON THE PRODUCTS BEFORE THE WHOLE QUANTITY IS PRINTED?

Of course! We will send you an email with the artwork design approval so that you can view digitally how your logo will look like on your selected items.  This way, you can make any amendments on colors, size and layout if possible for that particular item.

You can also ask our designers for their opinion to abuse you based on experience.

This procedure is only possible when an order is in place.

· ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR TEXT FONTS?

For printing all fonts are possible but we do advice to have a simple font if the print size is small.  For embroidery and engraving, there is a limited range of fonts possible. Our designers will suggest on to you but if you have a different style in mind, it might be possible.  Also please not that if part of your logo brand manual is a particular font to let us know when sending your designs.

· DESIGN COLOR SETTINGS

Our printing process use Pantone and CMYK color profiles. Therefore, in case you want particular colors for you logo, inform us in advance of its code so that we color match it.
